Develop financial analysis models like (NPV, MIRR, and payback period) to evaluate potential capital investments through Sensitivity and Scenario analysis.

I no longer get frustrated by doing the same task or answering the same question several times, until the other person is completely satisfied.

Managing time to complete the coursework has been an integral part of my teaching experience. I have grown into a person who realizes the importance of proper planning and time management which I feel lacks in us during our student life.
